Bidgee ( talk ) 09:32, 15 November 2008 (UTC) Seconder Fabrizio Giovanardi, Oulton Park 2008 edit I feel this image was one of the better ones I took whilst on my first trip to a motorsport meeting.
Let me know if there is anything I ought to do to touch.
Hurricanehink ( talk ) 18:47, 19 November 2008 (UTC) I don't think that's a problem, given how close to on-center it is compared to many other similar images.
The tight crop was a consequence of the way I had to take the pictures.(Maybe someday I'll be able to afford a digital camera that doesn't require digital zoom.) Oh well.Admittedly, it takes a bit longer to load but is more useful tito swing callando boca in an article.jjron ( talk ) 09:46, 30 November 2008 (UTC) Wings of a dragonfly edit A dragonfly's wings This macro shot clearly emphasises the intricate pattern on the wings of a dragonfly.jjron ( talk ) 11:34, 4 December 2008 (UTC) Seconder Durga edit Goddess Durga, fighting Mahishasura, the buffalo-demon ( Hindu Mythology picture of the "Guler School early 18th century.Creator Tom Murphy VII Nominated by TwentiethApril1986 (want to talk?) 01:07, (UTC) Comments This is quite a nice shot, if a little unsharp at the top, and it has some perspective distortion.Anyway, I don't really think I would support this at FPC, it's really only a foot. Thanks anyway for your feedback!Fletcher ( talk ) 12:57, (UTC) Sorry, I need some clarification.jjron ( talk ) 13:26, 2 November 2008 (UTC) Seconder Waverley Cemetery edit Good quality image with a nice blend of colors (sky, ocean, dusk, marble) with the angel looking down over the cemetery adding a spiritual feeling.Designed by Graham, Anderson, Probst White, constructed 19281930.Fwiw I think it would be useful in 'chicken' but would disagree with it as a taxobox image as there's other images that show the full beast, which I would prefer for the taxobox. Also you meantioned the stitching on the left side, did you mean by the clouds? Why they're different, I don't know-presumably in the scanning.) At any rate, I still think this version is very good and useful from an encyclopedic standpoint.
